|  | I bought this video thinking that if these people can lose so much weight, this will be a fantastic dvd.
I wished they would have edited the taping. They had some of the people from the show doing the moves and quite often they were doing them wrong. Jillian had to correct them a few times and to get them to do the exercises properly. The exercises are a good workout really enjoy them but I got a little tired of listening to the one girl whining.
The instructors are great wish they would have done it without the people trying to lose weight.

| | | This is the first biggest loser workout DVD that I purchased. I like it for a few reasons. One you only need a set of hand weights for equipment. Two, the ability to use three different levels with the option to customize your workout later is nice. Three, when your done you feel it.
