| I'd like to watch this, but... | |
|  | I ordered this set in November, and was very pleased by its appearance. However, there is a flaw in the discs. I put in Seas of Life, Disc 1, and could watch only one show of the two (and could not watch the special features). All the other discs worked fine. I tried this DVD on three different machines. No go. I sent it back, and Amazon quickly sent me a replacement. This time, Disc 1 didn't play at all. Again, the other discs worked fine. I sent it back.
I'd advise anyone looking to buy it to wait a few months until Amazon gets new copies in that, hopefully, aren't defective. But the first show looked good.
| | | I have only seen a part of this set, and it is on my wishlist because it's rather pricey, but WOW!!! It shows us everything we take for granted...and from what I saw, it is the best documentary to date on this planet of ours.
