|  | I enjoyed this workout, it is nice to work with the guys that we know from the show. They're good at it. But I thought there wasn't a lot of instructions. Most of the time, it's more "look at me and try to do the same thing". And the editing is not always good, meaning that sometimes the camera is on someone else when the instructor is introducing a new move. Which means that we can't see it right away. I've been dancing all my life, one sort of dance or another, so I was able to follow or I picked it up after a few repetitions, but I could imagine someone with no dance experience being very lost. And forget about the challenge part! I will need months before being able to follow and even then. They don't give any direction, just which side to go. Very hard, they even get lost themselves!
But the 4 dances are fun and they do have steps that I could use on a dance floor, which is very cool. I hope that they do more DVDs!
