I really like that the instructor show you how to do each individual move/step. The first few days I felt uncordinated but when you do continue it does get easier. Its FUN , UPBEAT AND ENERGETIC. I am really getting into it and learning more and more each day. Just like learning a language , it takes practise and then it all flows after a while. I sweat my buns off!! Great workout and great strength building. The only thing I add is abit more stretching towards the end of the routine.HAVE FUN!!!

I think everyone should have this tape at home. Two things about me: I am in shape and lazy. Therefore, this workout is perfect! A high impact choreography that brings your heart rate up in a short amount of time! FUN! The moves and music are great and the countdown (timer) that is visible throughout the entire workout is encouraging.

I loved the workout for Volume 1 but Charlene Johnson needs to have a microphone on her so that I can hear her instructions. The music drowns out her instructions. Even when she's talking to the other participants I still can't hear her.

These dvds are really great. As long as you're willing to put in the effort, you will get the results you want. They are easy to follow and fun, once you get the hang of it. Plus they are so much less cheesy than a lot of other ones I've seen. I really enjoy them and don't get tired of doing them.

Í love this DVD! It is a fun way to get in shape and gain confidence. It offers a intro, 20 min work out and scuplting all of which work. I would recommend getting the 2nd disk with ab jam and a 40 min cardio workout because after you master the 20 min one you happily want more.
